At Holly’s House we really hope that you are 100% happy with your order, however we understand that sometimes you may wish to return an item. Please follow our simple guidelines below which will enable you to easily return your purchase.

Can I make a return?

If you wish to return an item, we need to receive it back into our warehouse within twenty eight days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Please retain all packaging until you are sure you wish to keep your items. Should you wish to return an item to us please repack it with care using all the original packaging or a suitable alternative. As the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. This does not affect your statutory rights.

With the exception of faulty and damaged goods we are not responsible for the return postage and do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.

If an item is returned to us outside of the twenty eight day time frame or is in a non re saleable condition a credit note will be issued at the discretion of Holly’s House for use within one year. If you wish to cancel your whole order and return it to us, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you must let us know within eight working days of receiving your parcel. This can be done by calling our Customer Services team on 01730 266 927 or via email at sales@hollys-house.com. You will then need to return the whole order to us, at your own expense if you have already received it. Once we receive the whole order back we will issue a full refund including the original delivery charge.

With heavy furniture items these will need to be collected my the same man & van service who delivered the parcel, and the same charge to collect it will apply. In order to arrange this please call the customer services team on 01730 266 927.

Some items are excluded from our returns policy- these are wallpaper and earrings. Unfortunately earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons. Wallpaper is also not returnable as this is not a stock item- all wallpaper is ordered in directly from our supplier upon receipt of your order. You are able to purchase wallpaper samples from the product page, and feel free to call our customer services team to discuss your requirements and they will be happy to help.

We are not able to offer return or exchanges on any SALE items. All purchases of sale items are final.

How do I return items to you?

Please fill out our returns form which will be included in an envelope with your order. Please fill out your reason for return together with the date, and include this in your parcel to return. You can attach the addressed sticky label provided on the returns form to the outside of your parcel.

Please carefully pack and return your item in its original unused condition long with your completed returns form. Please note that we will be unable to refund any items returned without a returns form.

International Returns

Should you wish to return a non faulty item from outside of the UK, excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, you will be responsible for the return postage and we do not offer a collection service for larger items.
